Everything was perfect! We ordered a polaroid with lenses and 3 pack of films on sunday, and i got the packet on wednesday next week. And the most important thing: i had a great pain in my stomach when i read a comment below but we didnt get a toy train
Bad communication resulting in high costs
I unfortunately didn't have the best experience with Polaroid. I first wanted to cancel my order, for which I got no answer for. I then wanted to send my order back. I got an answer after over 1 week and had to pay 17€ in order to send the package back. I really think that Polaroid is a cool company but never again will I order something from their webshop.

Brand new tv just locked on me cos to many failed attempts at password. What a piece of s$%T. It's says try another way of signing in, it gives me a choice of 3 pH numbers. 1 ends in 90 1 in 71 an 1 in 91. Never had a number with these digits b4. Why can't things be fukn simple an when it asks to try another way why dont it use my email. It wants me to change settings an passwords.this is my property not polaroids so why cant i keep my stuff how it is. An hour of my life wasted dont waste ya time with a polaroid tv. ?

Would have put 0 stars if there was an option! Paid £135 for a Polaroid camera, after over a month the parcel arrived with a toy train inside! Polaroid won’t answer calls or respond to emails!

I ordered a product 4 days ago took the monies and no sign of posting out the product extremely unhappy customer services just come back and say sorry we are busy .. so is everyone else and they can get their orders out ... would not recommend this company i wished i had not bought it from another third party company at least it would of been sent in time for christmas

Horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. It's been a over a month since I returned the camera and still no refund. Emails are rude and unhelpful. Will not ever buy Polaroid products again.
24 inch smart TV/DVD...
This resides as my bedroom TV, with both Netflix and Prime Video, you can't go wrong with that! ASDA does have the Sakar International license to have Polaroid as their "own-make" technology items. Had to have an Xbox One S connected to it as I can access Disney Plus on here.
The one I have was made by UMC of Poland, which was owned by the Sharp Corporation of Japan. There's other models that was made by Vestel A.S. of Turkey.

Feedback for Polaroid Hi-Print
Feedback for Polaroid Hi-Print - would not buy if there are other options. Printer is less than a year old and does not hold battery, I have to always keep it plugged. Every pack of paper is jammed and I can only print 5 out of 20 sheets. And this is after I changed my first printer for a guarantee. Quality is not great

I must say I keep coming to a dead end…
I must say I keep coming to a dead end when it comes to product support. The digital printer malfunctioned and stopped charging after the latest firmware update but it’s just outside of the warranty period so nothing can be done! Especially in the U.K.! Also it’s impossible to replace the battery so very badly designed product and uneconomical. I can’t find anyone willing to repair the product.
Polaroid keep passing me around to the same department who can’t help and don’t want to own the issue.
Horrible Customer service!
I work as a professional photographer and bought a new polaroid, that broke after 4 pictures.. "Roslyn" toke my case, and it pretty much felt like she wasn´t giving a sh**! I even sent pictures of the broken camera, and they still gave me a "default" ansvar about a "resetting" of the camera, which made no sense.
Horrible service.

Polariod TV Remote
Purchased a Polariod TV with built it freeview from ASDA a little over a year ago. I am happy with the TV itself, the only down side that I find is that the remote is not tactile and unresponsive especially when trying to scroll down menu. I also purchased a second remote thinking that this would solve the problem, unfortunately this was the same as the original remote. If you can live with a naff remote the TV is ok for the price rage. Personally I am seriously considering changing TV due to thr remote.

49 inch TV
Bought a 49" TV from Asda 18 months ago and it is garbage!! The apps (ITV Hub, Netflix, BBC Iplayer etc) often wont play. The sound has become so tinny it is difficult to make out what is being said and the reverberation can be quite uncomfortable to the ears.
I suppose you get what you pay for; I didn't pay a huge amount of money but I didn't expect to get rubbish.

Worst customer services ever
Worst customer services ever! Bought a pair of their sunglasses and the first time I used a silk to clean the lens most of the polarisation came off. Reached out tonpoleroid and they told me to go back to the seller. I was told it was my fault, so bought another pair of identical glasses and the same exact thing happened.. they must be aware they have knowingly sold glasses at £50+ that are not 'fit for purpose', but they do not care.
